Gordon Bishop's career began in 1985 and prompted 30 plus years of executional supervisory and mentoring roles, field and office combined. He has operated, managed, and supervised completion and drilling rigs on and offshore, and has held Chief Wellsite Consultant and Field Coordinator roles within Husky, Devon, and Laricina throughout BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. He also previously worked for Cenovus as a Completions and Workover Superintendent, Drilling Advisor, and Mentor in the drilling, completion, workover, well integrity, and abandonment (well life cycle) of monobore, multilateral, SAGD pair, and all other existing wellbore scenarios within their major Northern Albertan fields.
Gordon provides decision making expertise for all field development processes for conventional and unconventional assets, from conception through implementation and execution.

Martin Buschau is an Oil & Gas Engineer with 25 years of experience in conventional & unconventional asset development. He has developed major plays in Alberta Montney/Duvernay, Saskatchewan Viking, Texas Permian & the British North Sea. Mr. Buschau has championed improvements to drilling & completion programs to address uncertainties & has consistently generated reserve bookings which have met or exceeded annual targets. He has worked extensively with regulatory authorities & tracked unconventional technology advances.
